What affects the cost of an interior?
- Material and finish: the biggest factor. Laminate and PVC are the most affordable; acrylic, lacquer, solid wood and marble cost more.
- Size: square feet of cabinets, wardrobes, walls, ceilings and floors.
- Hardware and accessories: soft-close hinges, pull-outs, handles and lighting.
- Site condition: damp walls, uneven floors or old plumbing need preparation first.
- Design complexity: curves, layered ceilings and integrated lighting take more work.
